The source-first pipeline

Seven stages, each with its own level of trust

Generation is not one prompt. Ranking may only choose among candidates that retrieval and verification produced — a validation gate in code, not an instruction in a prompt.

  2. 02Search intentAIThe model turns that into structured searches — concepts, areas, categories, time windows. No place names.
  3. 03RetrievalSourcesSource connectors return real candidate places with canonical IDs and raw payloads.
  4. 04VerificationTrypnCandidates are resolved, deduplicated, existence-checked and stamped with a retrieval time.
  5. 05RankingAIThe model scores only the verified set against your preferences. Anything outside it is rejected in code.
  6. 06OptimisationTrypnDeterministic scheduling: geography, travel time, opening hours, pacing, locks and must-dos.
  7. 07ExplanationTrypnEach placed activity keeps a short summary of why it is there and what evidence was used.

Sentiment, popularity and thematic discovery. Can shape what surfaces and how it ranks — never what is true.
